How to reach us
The best way to reach our team is by email: hello@infinite-craft.gg. We read every message, and you can usually expect a reply within a few business days. English is easiest for us, but if you'd rather write in your own language, go ahead and we'll do our best.
Reporting a bug
If something in the game doesn't work as expected, a few details help us find the problem much faster:
- your device, such as a laptop, an Android phone or an iPad
- the browser you use and, if you know it, its version
- the language of the page you were on
- the two elements you combined and what happened
A short description of what you expected to see is useful too. If the problem is visual, such as a button that doesn't respond or an element that won't drag, a screenshot is often the quickest way to show us.
Recipe corrections
Every step in our guides was checked in the game, but mistakes can still slip through. If a step gives you a different result, tell us the name of the guide, the step number and the result you got. We'll check it in the game and fix the guide if needed.
Translation fixes
The site is available in 13 languages. If a sentence or an element name reads awkwardly in yours, send us the page address and your suggested wording.
Business enquiries
For partnerships, press or other business questions, use the same address and add a short subject line so your message reaches the right person.
Privacy requests
Questions about your data, or requests under privacy law, can also be sent by email. Our privacy policy explains what information the site uses and how.
