How to Make Silver in Infinite Craft

Silver is a puzzle with two odd halves. Sand melted by Fire becomes Glass, and a Tornado breaks the Glass into Shatter. On the other side, Fire turns a Cloud into Lightning, and Lightning on a Wave becomes a Surfer. Putting Shatter and Surfer together gives Silver, a result you would rarely guess without a guide.
