Ogre is a Troll that has moved to the desert. A Fjord dusted over gives the Troll, and a Sandstorm watered into an Oasis provides the new home. Putting the Troll in the Oasis gives a bigger, grumpier Ogre. Dust starts both halves, so it is the busiest element here.
