Tetris is a Brick with a strange partner. Ash meets Pollen and gives a Cough, and a Dandelion turns the Cough into Cough Syrup. Combining the Syrup with a Brick, the falling block of the puzzle, gives Tetris. It is an odd pairing, but the Brick makes sense.
